Steven Gomez has been a wine educator for wineries in the Napa Valley, California Central Valley, as well as small vineyards in the Sierra Foothills. He is a recent transplant to the Pacific Northwest where he has discovered legendary wines as well as opened his eyes to the wonderful and versatile world of fruit wines.

First Course: Crab and Artichoke dip with house-made tortilla chips served with Eagle Haven Semi-Sweet Apple wine.

The complexity of the crab and artichoke bring out the crispness and highlight the finish of the Semi-Sweet Apple Wine.

Second Course: Apple, pecan, and blue cheese with Eagle Haven Dry Apple Wine.

The sharpness and creaminess of the feta combines with the apples to form a great balance. That balance is further enhanced with the off-dryness of the Dry Apple Wine.

Third Course: Syrah and Top Sirloin.
